Return Policy

Returns

We are happy to accept items you wish to return! We feel strongly that when you hold a Wee Forest Folk in your hand, you will find them irresistible but if you don't, we will happily accept a return or exchange.

If your item was received broken or damaged, please email us asap at online@weeforestfolk.com. We will email you a return label to ship the piece back. Once received we will ship you a replacement. See our shipping policies for more information.

We will accept mostly any type of return/exchange. Please include a note with your name and/or order number and the reason for the return. Once received in good condition we will refund your purchase. We prefer the return to happen within 60 days of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
  • Any item that is returned more than 6 months after delivery

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
